- Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat.
- For each guest weighing 250 pounds or more, an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. Blue Hawaiian charges a reduced rate for the second seat which is 50% off of the tour price
- Hats are not allowed to be worn around the helicopters as they can fly up into the rotors and damage the aircraft
