Akaka Falls State Park features the Akaka Falls that gave it its name. These falls drop over four hundred feet into a water pool and make a magnificent sight. Enjoy watching the rushing water, cool off in its spray, and perhaps conditions will even allow you to swim. Relax and take in the wonderful tropical atmosphere of both nature and city here on the Big Island.
