Witness the majesty and grandeur of the Pacific humpback whale as they congregate off the remote Leeward Coast of Oahu, Hawaii. Our Sea Dreams II takes off from the high class Ko Olina marina and resort area to provide an intimate journey for you and your companions to go out and spend your afternoon watching these gigantic mammals of the ocean, as they actually exist in the wild. We will also have snacks, juice, soda and water on hand.

The Pacific humpback whale normally lives in the colder regions of the Pacific Ocean surrounding Alaska, but they migrate down to the much warmer waters, tropical waters of Hawaii in the winter. They do this in order to breed, calve and raise their young in a more hospitable environment before heading north again once the winter is ended. Hawaii is the only state in the United States where you can actually observe the breeding habits of this fascinating marine mammal. Make sure you have you cameras on hand, as you will have plenty of opportunities to catch some amazing photographs of these creatures.

Look out for some of the signs that let you know that the whales are nearby, such as waters spouts from their blowholes. You may also get a chance to see them leaping from the water. Pay close attention and you may even get a chance to capture a photo of the magnificent black and white flukes as the stick out above the surface of the ocean. In addition to witnessing humpback whales, you may also get a chance to observe other ocean denizens, such as dolphins and sea turtles. This trip is ideal for the true nature lover!
